The Crime Stoppers Section oversees the Crime Stoppers Program and facilitates the flow of anonymous information to the appropriate investigating Squad or Agency.

Main Office serves as a reception, information and coordination center for the Detective Division.

The Fugitive Section disseminates warrant information to all Squads and is responsible for records management of cases for the Detective Division. This section enforces VTL Section 511 (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation) warrants and coordinates warrant enforcement with outside agencies. Polygraph Section conducts polygraph examinations in furtherance of criminal investigation and pre-employment screening.
