Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police
Department are seeking the public's help in connection
with a homicide that occurred in Roosevelt, New York.
On
Monday, September 2, 2002, at about 8:45 PM, Nelson
Vargas (photo) was shot while unloading
supplies behind the Deli Plaza at 369 Babylon Turnpike.
Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000
for information leading to the arrest of the person(s)
responsible for this crime. All calls are anonymous
and the caller does not have to reveal their identity
