Marine/Aviation Bureau is responsible for Air Patrol of the territory under the jurisdiction of the County of Nassau as well as the operation of boats on the navigable waters within the jurisdiction of the County of Nassau and is further charged with the protection of persons and property on and adjacent to said waterways, including islands therein, and the enforcement of all laws, regulations and ordinances.
