Thomas Krumpter
The Police Academy is responsible for the development and presentation
of all Department training, including recruit training; in-service training; command level training, and other specialized courses, as well as maintenance of records regarding the academic background of Departmental members.

Additionally, the Police Academy will maintain permanent records of training received by all personnel.

Emergency Vehicle Operation Course Section

Emergency Vehicle Operations Course Section: is responsible for the driver training of Department personnel through the use of the Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC), as well as maintaining files and records on accidents involving Departmental vehicles.

Firearms Training Unit

Firearms Training Unit is responsible for training of all Members of the Force in the safe handling and proper use of firearms, as well as the maintenance and supervision of the Departmental Pistol Range.
